Today he is so far 11 hours late. I rang this morning when he was 2 hours late and he eventually returned my call to say he was running late but would be with me today - but nothing since. Extremely unprofessional customer service - I will book someone more reliable in future

Comment: For anyone thinking of using Robertson Fireplaces, we had a log burner installed 12
Months ago.

The installation was carried out in a hurry. The staff kept telling us how they were planning to leave the company and set up on their own.
This was extremely unprofessional.

Following the installation of the burner there were repeats following call outs to the burner due to smoke filling our house.
They then explained it was a damper due to cold air and then fitted an extension piece on the flue.

We believe the straight runs are not long enough.

The fire has always smoked out the house upon initial lighting.

We have repeatedly asked for an installation certificate to which every request has been ignored.

This month the entire fire board bock drop has come away from the wall and is about to fall down.

Again, tried to contact the company owner and
No reply.

Absolute cowboys.

Avoid.
